Langford Lake in Victoria BC

Greater Victoria covers a vast region of nearly 700 square kilometres but with a population of just 425,000, there is plenty of room for all of us. Don’t let our small size fool you though. We offer amenities comparable to every major cosmopolitan city with the old-world charm of a European village.

Our locally produced small batch craft beers, spirits and wines consistently win international awards.

We proudly support our local farmers with several restaurants whose menus are created on the principal of locally grown or produced food. Think grass-fed meats, free-range chickens and eggs, hormone-free dairy and cheese, wild caught premium seafood, with 100% known origin and traceability, hearty breads and buns, pure honey, salt direct from the sea and much, much more. These products are also available at many of our local farmers markets where vendors are selected based on selling goods that they make, bake or grow. Food tours where you can sample some of our cuisine are also immensely popular.
